I have dealt with other letting agencies and have found them somewhat lacking in knowledge or expertise. I have been with Future Lets for over ten years and have built up a lot of trust in their skills and ability to manage my property well. They advise and guide and I feel always fully informed of everything that is going on or what needs to be done. They have processed a tenant for me that they felt would be best suited to my property and needs, and advised when they felt others, although meeting criteria, were less suitable... in other words they are not just looking to let, but to let to the right person. This a family business and I promise you you they are worth looking at if you wish to let , rent or sell.

Really great experience dealing with Intercounty. Kept me informed of everything. Really helped sort out everything. Sales and letting department were excellent. Will be using again and would thoroughly recommend.

Whilst Intercounty lettings may not be the cheapest letting agent on the market (others will definitely try to undercut them), I wouldn't change. They have a dedicated call centre for dealing with letting issues (not just one person in a busy estate agent office), they have reliable and responsive tradespeople to deal with issues if they arise, and in the most part are responsive and professional in their communications. Obviously this can depend on the specific property manager you are dealing with, but they appear review their staff effectiveness and deal with issues if they arise. I would definitely recommend Intercounty Lettings to anyone looking for hassle free property management. I will use them again in the future.

Intercounty were quick to respond to me when I wanted to rent a new property. Me and my boyfriend are first time renters and were looking for a place we could move into quick. Intercounty did exactly that! We were moved in within a month of viewing the property which was exactly what we wanted! Mollie at Intercounty was so helpful during our viewing and moving in. She was so nice, super quick to respond to messages regarding any questions we had and was just helpful all round. If we end up moving again I'll be asking for Mollie! Thank you Mollie! I also want to quickly mention William at Intercounty too! He helped us view a property before the one we moved into and helped us with the move into our current flat too. Thank you! The day we moved in we were welcomed into our flat with a cute welcome box including some snacks, essentials (hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes) and more! I would recommend Intercounty to everyone!

Recently rented out a property in Sawbridgeworth. Did consider other agents but as they were the closest decided to give them a try. Dan and Mollie were very professional and we had a lot of potential tenants very quickly but for various reasons some didn't stack up. However we have found what I hope are some good ones. Communications from Intercounty were very good and fast response to queries.

Very bad service. You have to ask for everything. The deposit after 4 weeks is still not returned because they claim that they have a problem with the system. I was charged £ 80 for a bell that wasn't there, they say it was only with out-of-date pictures. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. A lot of problems

Very pleased with Geoff's sensitivity and professionalism in dealing with the sale of my late mother's home. This was our childhood home having moved there in 1958, so it was a difficult decision to have to make. Geoff made us feel very comfortable. I must also praise Suzanne in the office for all her help with the process.

I have sold three times and purchased twice with clarknewman and would highly recommend the company. My sale in May 2020 was particularly difficult and prolonged and Sam persevered until eventually it was finalised. I was updated regularly and calls were returned promptly when required.
