The team at Oakheart were fantastic from start to finish with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. They are a great team who are always on hand when you need them. So much better than any other estate agents we have dealt with. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I received a very professional service from Oakheart Property. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, and practical. Whilst my dealings with all staff members was highly satisfactory, Craig in particular stood out. He is an excellent communicator, and he gave me confidence in himself and the company from our very first meeting. From start to finish Oakheart have been exemplary in the sale of my property. The photos and virtual tour were much better than competitor properties. Cormac who led on the sale was communicative and available at all hours. Gigi in sales progression really went above and beyond with a complicated situation. They really earn their money's worth, highly recommended.

Where to start…I am not able to thank Oakheart Property enough for the outstanding service I have received whilst selling my mother’s house. The property was on the market with whom I believed was the best local estate agent at that time; Harris & Wood. After twelve weeks, no formal offers received and I decided they were not living up to their reputation. As a result, I pulled the house off the market from them and looked to instruct Charlie Morgan at Oakheart Property. And what an outstanding pair of gents Charlie and Darrell are, understanding that I was selling my mums property at a difficult time for our family, the team would always go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. A special mention must go out to Gigi Chan, who chased our buyer’s Solicitors relentlessly and I am sure they will be happy Gigi’s name will not be appearing in their emails anymore. 2020 we tried to sell our new build house, we went to a local 'well known' agent who simply took basic pictures and uploaded an advert to Rightmove. No surprise the house took 4 months for any viewings to come through and the agent blamed the market. Poor effort. 2021 we contacted Oakheart having read people's reviews. Craig came over with his team in morning, professional approach and appearance, friendly and direct. Not even three hours later we had a viewing (before the advert was up) and accepted an offer a few hours later! Craig and the team are brilliant and we cannot thank them enough. The follow up work is equally efficient and high quality with constant communication which works perfect for me.

James Leigh have been managing my UK property since I moved abroad years ago. Very reliable, don't bother me with every little detail, and manage both me and the tenants very well. Over the past 5 years I have experienced some very poor letting agents, thankfully James Leigh Management bucked that trend last summer – brilliant service when I was looking for a new place to rent, and they have been AMAZING throughout my tenancy thus far.
