From start to finish Amos have been outstanding. Moving house is stressful and seldom do things go well, however when we did experience problems with buyers, Amos worked miracles to get us back on track and through to completion. The team work very hard, always answer the phone and will always call you back, having been involved with other estate agents during our buying and selling journey, I know for a fact not many estate agents act this way, the customer service they provide is exemplary. From valuation, marketing and viewings nothing was too much trouble for them. Telephone calls and enquiries were always returned in a prompt and efficient manner. Once sold you are not left hanging their sales progressor goes above and beyond to keep you updated and liaises with the solicitors to push the transaction through. I would recommend this company without hesitation for both sales and rentals.

Stuart Thomas Estates are by far the best estate agents out there. We had so many obstacles in the way of purchasing our property (covid being the biggest problem) and as first time buyers I must admit we didn't know much about how things worked, but Stuart Thomas were extremely honest and helpful throughout. Wendy in particular was very easy to talk to and advised us throughout, making sure no stones were left unturned. Unfortunately I couldn't be there when my husband collected the keys for our property but he commented on how friendly the team were when he arrived and he was congratulated with a bottle of bubbly, which I thought was a lovely touch. We have had such disappointing service from other estate agents in the past so dealing with Stuart Thomas was like a breath of fresh air. We are over the moon with a new home and we have Stuart Thomas to thank for that and therefore I couldn't recommend them enough!!
