A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. All three provided us with an excellent service and their communications with us were second to none all the way through the sale of our home. Having previously engaged a different Dunmow based agent to market our house, with a less than satisfactory experience , we can honestly recommend Great Dunmow Intercounty . Efficient and hard working team. The two Ben's were good communicators when we were signed up and Jake was great at chasing, communicating and keeping us updated in general. I would recommend Intercounty again. They have good links with other estate agents and accessible on the high street and online.

Excellent service and no hidden fees would be my general opinion. In detail, I was in a massive rush as I had to move within a set time period and Lisa has been great! She was able to help me find a great place, was there for every question I had and best of all, the whole process took less than a week. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We sold our property with Intercounty Dunmow Branch and from the very initial meeting with Ben, through to viewing arrangements with Jake, Ben & Katie, offers received and progress on the sale to exchange of contracts, all of the team were responsive, professional and informative. We had weekly calls without fail from Katie informing us of progress. We can honestly say that we have never dealt with such a proactive Estate Agent, and we have bought and sold many properties. Well done Intercounty and thank you for making our move stress free. :-)

Have always been very quick to respond to any issues we may have in our rented property. Response is immediate to any emails and issues resolved as quickly. Staff are kind and pleasant to deal with. I went for the viewing where Ray via Prestell & Co (Dunmow) showed me around, his personally made the viewing fun but he also answered all my questions (he knows his stuff) I have just bought the property and the sale wouldn’t of gone through without the help of both Paul and Ray. As I was a first time buyer I really didn’t know the procedure. Paul let me know what I should be doing and kept me informed of the sellers position. On a lighter note what lovely people, professional but very friendly. Thank you Paul and Ray, if I need to sell at anytime I will definitely ask you to handle it.
