Efficient and hard working team. The two Ben's were good communicators when we were signed up and Jake was great at chasing, communicating and keeping us updated in general. Have always been very quick to respond to any issues we may have in our rented property. Response is immediate to any emails and issues resolved as quickly. Staff are kind and pleasant to deal with. I went for the viewing where Ray via Prestell & Co (Dunmow) showed me around, his personally made the viewing fun but he also answered all my questions (he knows his stuff) I have just bought the property and the sale wouldn’t of gone through without the help of both Paul and Ray. As I was a first time buyer I really didn’t know the procedure. Paul let me know what I should be doing and kept me informed of the sellers position.
