I cannot praise William H Brown and the team enough! From the first visit to value our home, the process has been so painless. Alana came to value our property, she explained the process so well, what would happen, how much we should market for and what to expect from viewings to completion, she made us feel so at ease. Then we had the photographer Gary come round, well, what can I say, professional, quick and my home looks amazing. Debbie then contacted me to make sure that I was happy with the listing and from then both herself and Dan went all out to get me viewings! Wow! I was in shock, 11 viewings in 2 days and every single one turned up!!! They were all lovely too and in a position to buy, so no timewasters. I'm so confident we'll get a sale. The listing went live on Thursday, we had viewings on Friday and Saturday, it's now Monday and we've had 2 offers above asking already and just perfect buyers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had my fair share of bad agents, but not this time. Thank you to Paul and the team, you are all amazing.

Our experience with Thomas Marsh was extremely pleasant. They handled all the viewings at the beginning and were very accommodating with times due to us working shifts. They got the price that we wanted for our property which they promised and never suggested that we lower the price or consider lower offers. Our experience leading up to and during the exchange was extremely stressful but the after sales department of Thomas Marsh handled it extremely well even though it was very testing and demanding at times. Overall a very professional and pleasant service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Rating 1* is probably being kind, called this estate agent to view a property after viewing it and deciding to purchase it the following morning we went back and forward with the price and agreed on a sale. I instructed my broker and solicitors to move forward and sent the office all my relevant documents to be called 4 hours later they have sold the property to someone else with a better offer unless I wanted to beat it? I obviously said no and their response was okay can we call you if this sale does not go through? If you are looking to buy, sell or rent a property trust me go to another estate agent in Grays plenty more agents who will remember customer service does still exist. If you read the 1* reviews seems like a common pattern going on The women I was dealing with was absolutely embarrassed bless her and did admit does not agree with what happened today. To think I was going to use these guys to manage the property as well.. sometimes looking at the bigger picture is also beneficial for the business not just £ They made the easiest sale into a mess!

We required a rental property for nearly 2 years. We used Kempsters and found them totally professional, very helpful and responsive to our needs. When we had cause to contact them they were there and available to get things done pretty much instantly. Towards the end of our tenancy we needed some flexibility to our contract and they were able to fully accommodate our needs. Our circumstances have now changed and we are unlikely to need their services again, however we would not hesitate in recommending Kempsters to others.. Excellent from our first enquiry to completion. I was initially impressed when browsing Right Move on how well the properties sold by Kempsters were presented. The photography, virtual tour and premium listings all caught the eye. We enquired on the Kempsters website about selling our property and was contacted by Glenn immediately. Our house was on the market a few days later and sold a few days after that! The whole process was very smooth and Kempsters did all they could to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible, providing updates as they occurred via email/phone. We also purchased through Kempsters and this experience was also faultless. Thank you to Glenn and the team, we would definitely recommend to friends and family and use them again.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star. They stole my deposit when I moved out. They did not put my deposit in GOV protection scheme which they claimed they did. This is criminal, not an organised company. STAY AWAY!!!

Far from the madding crowd, this independent estate agent is a gem among the cluster of agents in Grays town centre. Very friendly and personal and quality service from Victor, Paul and Courtney. They got me a tenant within 2 weeks where my other agents had tried 6 weeks in vain.👍👍
