A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

The flailing Central London sales market over the year has been tough. However, despite tough times, Dylan and the team at Chestertons Hyde Park have been been brilliant. If you are looking for super professional, hard working and non salesy estate agents then I would choose them everyday. We were always kept in the loop, honest and always felt they had our best interests at heart.

I've been looking for almost a month for a property that was going to suit my needs. Louis has been magnificently helpful, he went above and beyond in order to support us. He's a really smart, kind and sweet person. Terrible experience. I called in to get some information on a house i'd seen advertised. I was told someone would get back to me but no one did. When I called back again a few days later, I was told "serious buyers only" and that if I wanted to view the house I should look up the address and drive outside it and have a look first. I don't know how on earth I was deemed , over the phone, as an unserious buyer. Probably because my name isn't John Smith... Anyway, I then saw the same property advertised with another agency a few weeks later, and I ended up buying the property through them. I emailed Millers to ask why I was treated in this manner, and surprise surprise nobody got back to me. So I decided to leave this review. How embarrassing that this level of racial discrimination still exists in this day and age.

Extremely misleading estate agent. Listed a property as "brand new" and "immaculate condition", then when I went to view someone had been living there, the place was dirty and untidy, the walls were scuffed, the carpet worn, and there was even broken glass on the side in the kitchen. I'm looking for a new build, and would never have viewed if I'd known it was occupied, so it was a complete waste of my time. Several weeks on they're still listing the property as "brand new" and in "immaculate condition" which is some brazen false advertising. Watch out!

I cannot recommend Millers highly enough, this is the second time I've used them and cannot fault them. Matthew handled every aspect of the sale, great advice, honest and trustworthy - lots of communication and really wanted to work with me to get the best results. So unlike the other estate agents I met with.... After it was sold though, they kicked it up a whole new gear with a sales progression team (in particular Jasmine who was exceptional and so persistent on my behalf) who really worked hard to move things forward despite both sets of solicitors being appalling!

I just wanted to take the time to leave feedback for George Cornwell of Millers Estate Agents. We sadly lost our purchase (through another estate agent) after 5 months, but George put us at the top of his list to see properties before they came on the market and even leafleted houses in the area we wanted to move to. He made us feel very supported and was in regular contact which made the whole experience of losing the other property much less stressful. I found George to be professional, responsive and genuine. I’d highly recommend him and anyone at Millers Epping.
