We recently purchased our house through Caplen Estates. Lewis was our estate agent and he is fantastic. He gave us an A* service throughout and made sure he gave us weekly updates. Having both rented and sold our property via Caplen we would recommend them for both without hesitation. I can only speak highly of the team at Buckhurst Hill, not only did they rent my flat at one stage they more recently sold my flat . They are efficient and straight forward to deal with , not the usual ‘over the top’ selling patter you get with most estate agents ! Jamie and his team are a pleasure to do business with and I would say the best agent locally by far!

Agent did not show up for a scheduled viewing. This is not professional , Contacting Knightons immediately I have been told that the agent is living a bit far away!!!!! I would say this was dishonest behaviour, never trust these agents. Avoid Knightons Estate Agents

I’m sorry to have to put public what I’ve been subject to be it has to be said !!! Felt with John from knightons , he has made me feel like second class citizen. Went to view a flat they had for rental in Woodford green, I was shown the flat to which I was please with . I knew I wanted it straight away so informed john at viewing . I was told to wait for a phone call back which never Ever came ! I rung on 4 different occasions and was told by john he is waiting for nick to come back to office which is fair enough but doesn’t take 5 days !?. The flat that they didn’t check my paperwork which would of showed I was well over needed criteria . I can only think that I was discriminated for reasons to do with my appearance. My appearance didn’t fit John’s criteria, to which why I was subjected to this discrimination. John would want someone that looks similar to himself in terms of race it seems . I am a well established plumber and gas engineer was a running successful business so I have no reason to lie and still don’t understand till now why I was never called back ? Don’t waste your time with the discriminative people ! You will be disappointed!

Had a problem with my washing machine for 4 months and no one even responded to my request to have it looked at, called up and Nick would just ignore all requests
