Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

We have recently moved to Billericay from Kent. Right from the off Louise was helpful, attentive and supportive in all aspects. When we viewed the property she and Chris were on hand to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble. Moving through the rental process can be time consuming, Louise, Loren and the team had us set and ready to move in in two weeks. It is always stressful, although I really could not recommend Bairstow Eves in Billericay enough.

Moving is stressful! There is no escaping that fact but Baistow Eves supported and helped us throughout the whole process, communication is fantastic, they get stuff done no empty promises! We had Jayme to guide us through post sale, she is amazing! I was particularly impressed by the way the staff work together to make sure we are guided so even when Jayme was off someone stepped in and kept us informed! Thank you to Jayme and Steve in particular but the whole branch too. I would also recommend the conveyancing team they use, the online portal is amazing and the solicitor is on the ball!

An amazing service from start to end. Louise always kept us updated with everything from the viewing till we moved in. The key part was it was my first move with my partner and every question I had regarding bills or even the property was replied to within a hour or so. One thing I loved was whenever I called in, I was dealt with immediately - being an ex estate agent customer service was key and I felt Louise and the team went above and beyond so we were set up well for our move!

We couldn't be more pleased we chose Bairstow Eves for the sale of our property. Viviane went above and beyond every step of the process and dealt with any issues that arose efficiently, without any hesitation. She was really knowledgeable and helpful, it really made the whole process so much easier. We also had communication with Tina and Steve, who were just as wonderful and friendly! Would highly recommend and can't thank them all enough, as we also found our dream home with them too.

Bairstow Eves was superb with the purchase of my house through them. Tina was brilliant and provided excellent help with the purchase and advice, really did make the deal come together working for her customer but also assisting me with advice and help. Would certainly look to use them if we go to sell in the future and would recommend highly.

Many thanks to Lee and all the team at Quirks for getting our house sale completed way in advance of the stamp duty deadline! We bought our house through Quirks and the service we received was excellent, right from the start of viewing the property through to the end at completion. A massive thanks to Kiri too who really kept us updated along the way- she never made you feel like you were bothering her which was a big factor when we were chasing up some documents. She was always cheerful and genuinely happy to communicate all information. I would definitely use Quirks in future when selling. Thank you allX

Quirks are the best estate agent I have ever dealt with and working in property, I dealt with a few! After dealing with the bigger brand estate agents on the high street before, I will NEVER go back. Quirks were superior and worked 100 times harder. The sales team were amazing and Kiri my sales progressor is a miracle worker. We came across a few hurdles selling my property and she worked so hard to overcome them and if it wasn't for her, my property would have been stuck in deadlock for months.

Recommended without reservation. Great sales team, very competitively priced property sale. They serve the client – not their quick commission. All of the staff - the personable manager and other members of the team - are easy to work with, expert and conscientious. Our property was marketed exceptionally well. The Sales negotiator will not like me saying – as he is very self effacing – but he has been a real star. He was active and tireless in communicating with the entire chain. Not only did he keep things going - and us - but he was instrumental in solving a number of seemingly insuperable difficulties which arose. He did this with creatively resilient perseverance, and with friendliness – what he wanted to achieve was always nicely presented so that it was invariably acceptable to those at the receiving end – sometimes under the radar. He was resourceful, personable and easy to work with. Always encouraging - he kept us all going. The chain presented some real difficulties which I cannot go into in detail terms. Suffice it to say that these were some of the most challenging my wife and I had ever encountered and we have moved many times. All of the Quirks staff – to reiterate - were easy to deal with, they were supportive and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The business terms were extremely fair. They earned their commission – fully. I recommend them without reservation.
