Stay away. They employ rude agent, pretending he knows nothing about 6 month break clause which is a standard in the industry. Lying about his experience and being rude to prospective customer. Unbelievable.

We have been tenants with Esra for 5 1/2 years (our then 5 months baby is now at school!) Everyone at Esra has bent backwards to answer our calls/emails and concerns. From the word go, we felt welcomed, valued and being cared for. The agency-landlord relationship has been outstanding. As we are searching for properties to rent again, I find myself talking to answer machines most of the times. When you call Esra, you will talk to Hassan or Susan, o Sharon and they will know your name as well. I'm very grateful to Esra and our landlord for trusting us, and caring for us. I rented a few properties from EPS and find them very helpful. The new development had issues withe the construction quality. Although they were under NHBC warranty it was usually a very slow and painful experience to get the developer's tradesmen out. EPS helped us chase those tradesmen so that our repairs weren't getting too much delays.

I have been using Esra Property Services for 3 years. From day 1, when I went to view the flat till 3 years later, their service has been consistently friendly, efficient and professional and they definitely have always gone the extra mile. You get the impression that they really care about their clients. I am also impressed by how straightforward they made the whole process for me from viewing to renting to contract renewal. They are extremely reliable. The 3 times that I have had to have repairs done, they have handled them with absolute efficiency and have gotten back to me within less than 24 hours and the repairs were done in less than a week, even where spare parts needed to be ordered. I was especially impressed with their service during the pandemic season, where they sent out a contractor immediately and the repair was done in an extremely timely and professional manner. I have previously gone through other agencies in the past, but I think that Esra and her team really stand out for me in their high standards of professionalism, but at the same time, they care for the individual customer as well.

About a year ago me and my partner found a flat we wanted to view in Cambridge - EPS Properties let us apply and put the deposit down on the same day, and have been very efficient and responsive in their service ever since the viewing. The whole application was straightforward and have had no issues after living in the flat for almost a year now. Any problems we had in the flat was replied to and seen to very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to go through EPS again!

Went for a no deposit option back in 2019 Mathew stated we can do a no deposit option and pay it over 6 months, now that I've handed in my notice he is saying that I am on a deposit replacement insurance if I had known this I would have done my research on it because that is how I am. also when I moved in the bed slabs were broken, mold was starting to develop where the air vents are which is health hazard which I've had to paint over as there was marks on the walls the paint was discolored, I've had to replace the shower head and the shower pipe. There is moths nest in the lounge area which has been going on in the spring/summer only for the past 2-3 years. I will be reporting this to the local council also if I don't get my deposit back this will be going to the small claims court. I pay £750 for this en-suite room and the condition of the property is quite poor. it also states in my tenancy agreement that i will get my deposit back

I strongly recommend this letting agent. The houses and the furnitures are brand new and they are always available.

Mathew helped us get a lovely house in Cambridge, quickly arranged for inventory, and got issues that came along the way during our tenancy sorted out.

Having had the opportunity to both be a tenant in the past and now working alongside CPI with Maltby Marketing I really cant fault there service one bit. Top Letting Agents and its clear why they have so many awards with there level of service!

I made my viewing appointment few hours after a property post, and it was arranged one week later to fit in the agent's schedule. Three days later, the agent contacted me about the property is already taken, as her colleague has accepted the offer from someone else. Pretty poor service
