The agent, Stewart, was extremely helpful and informative about the general tenancy agreement terms and even help us with our current one that is with other agency. He was very kind. It is a pity that they have so little properties, we saw for the first time an agency cared that for us as tenants! We will try to rent from this agency when they have properties. UPDATE: In the moment they got an available property they remember us and offered us a property in case we were interested. We happily rented from them for 2 years. This is by far the best letting agency I have ever seen. We felt very well taken care of. Any time there was something not working they would get it fixed same day or as soon as possible. They even installed a dishwasher when we requested it. If you are considering renting a property with them I would not doubt it!
