A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We rented for 10 years in London before moving to Leighton Buzzard area, when we rented a property through this company for a year (we moved out last year). We have now finally purchased our own house, thank goodness. As tenants we found we had to chase all the time for responses for maintenance issues; perhaps we were just unlucky as they seem to have a lot of positive reviews, but our experience was definitely not positive. In the 10 years of renting elsewhere (with various agents) we never came across this. In response to the reply from them below ... I do have the correct company - our tenancy was in my wife's name (before we got married)

Tom McCormick dealt with my request to rent a property and has been helpful and quick to reply throughout the whole process. He was happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend asking for Tom specifically as I didn't get the same level of service from all staff members which is why this is 4 stars and not 5.

From the beginning to the end, this estate agent helped us all the way through our mortgage application. From Lee at the beginning for the viewing and chase up to making sure everything was going in the right direction to Kate and Michael going up and beyond contacting people they needed to, to help ensure we got the answers we needed. There was no complaining or anything. Only support the whole way through. By far the best estate agent I've had the pleasure working along side with. Would completely recommend Country Properties to anyone wishing to sell their home in the future. We had a bit of a awkward sell and with the stamp stamp duty holiday coming to an end, I'm sure these guys were overworked, but they always answered and returned our calls.
