A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Booked a house valuation which took place in March 2021. Carried out by Ryan Coyne. Very professional visit with good covid measures in place. However I emailed several times in the ensuing weeks to ask for the follow up information. Nothing received and no email response. I then called TM and asked to speak to Ryan Coyne. Was told he was out but they would give him a message to call me. Received no call. I would not use TM when we put our house on the market as there would be no hope of being able to contact the person dealing with our sale.

We sold our property with Thomas Morris and we couldn't fault their service. Daniel was friendly and we felt he really understood our property and how to market it well. He achieved our asking price just a few days after the house going on the market, which we were really pleased with. We had two other agents value the house who wanted to put it up for between 15 and 30k less than Daniel got for us, so we were very pleased. Jon and Jen then took over the sale and helped us push things forward despite having quite difficult buyers. Without Jon's help and back and forth between us and the buyers I don't think we would have met our deadline for moving. All the team are friendly and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else selling.

I can’t fault the level of customer service I received from Thomas Morris (mainly Jen, who was my main point of contact) who dealt with the process of me and my partner who bought our first new home within the local area moving from London it wasn’t easy due to the distance and was kept in the loop with consistent updates via email and phone calls as the person in the middle they did a great job of communicating between both parties to provide the correct information at all times. If you are buying a house in the local area I would highly recommend using Thomas Morris, I know I will when it comes to selling this property in the future. Thank you for all your help and support especially during these tough times it goes to show Thomas Morris and team can cope with a challenge whilst providing exceptional service.

Won't be using Taylors again. Just sold our house through them. They are purely a shop window. Questioned our buyers asking if they were sure they wanted to buy the house. Wouldn't answer voicemail's left for them. Called them to ask where things were progressing with the sale and was told they couldn't get through to the buyers or solicitors. Turns out they had the wrong number for buyer the whole time. Whenever I called it felt like I was arguing with them, rather then having a conversation. Reluctantly had to pay them their commission when I felt that they did absolutely nothing in selling our house. I felt like it was left to me and my partner to sell and make sure the sale progressed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had excellent experience as a Landlady. Nikolina is extremely proactive, committed and will go the extra mile for you 100% of the time. She kept me  up to date throughout the whole process. Nikolina completely works with integrity. To meet someone who is committed to understanding your goals is very rare, however Nikolina has set the bar high. I wouldn't choose Taylors Biggleswade if it wasn't Nikolina. She has restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you!

Taylors steered my mums house sale through some tricky times during the covid pandemic. It was a long road however Taylors were always at hand to answer questions, come up with solutions and always offered a friendly ear when needed. On the day of the move Vicky was on hand, keeping us updated with the progress and stayed around until everything was done and dusted. We really have appreciated the hard work that went in from start to finish. Would recommend.

I use Taylors to let a property in Biggleswade and have recently bought my new home through them. In both instances I have found the staff extremely helpful and the service very good. They have never taken more than about 2 weeks to let my property and the process is always very smooth. Likewise, buying my home through them was seamless and very pleasant. I would strongly recommend visiting them if you're looking to buy or let a property.
