Speedy responses from the agents, from initial valuation through to offer stage. Great marketing advice which, as we followed, helped a quick sale. Solicitors are the delaying factor as we move to the end of the process, but all staff we deal with are always friendly and professional. So far a good experience but cannot comment fully until our sale is complete, hence the 4 stars.

She informs us of any repairs or issues and provides us with quotations immediately and has the worked carried out for our tenants as soon as possible once we can instructed her to proceed. Excellent service, both for letting ( from a landlord's perspective) and sales. I have used Gilson Bailey & Partners for two years as letting agents, and subsequently for a property sale. In both situations they have been excellent. David, in lettings, gave impeccable valuation and initial advice, and the Lettings team were always on the ball throughout. When it came to sell the property, Gilson Bailey had the confidence in their high valuation, which turned out to be correct. One other agent valued the property at 100k less! Jack & Stuart as valuers, and the sales team, Tom, Lauren and Donna were always on hand with their help and advice and ensured everything ran smoothly from viewings to completion. Unruffled by two failed buyers, it was third time lucky with a successful completion. I would happily use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone else, especially because of their local knowledge. When I start looking for a house Dean promised he will get me 'my perfect home' which he did, he listened to all my queries and did his best to find the place that will 'have it all'. The thing I love about this house is where it is located. Perfect place, nearby shops and supermarkets. In 5min walking you arrive at the shopping center. Clean environment. Really nice and cozy room. Modern and clean kitchen and lounge. Very good quality - price ratio.

I have to say that s9me bad reviews probably came from down the road 😅😂 I love their fish goujons that I am currently eating as I write this review and they taste fresh crispy and super delicious. I’ve met the owner a few times and my brother has often used Daniels for special occasion catering , the owner is a mensch and I hold his business in the highest esteem !

I go to Daniels Bakery every Friday and most Sundays . The quality of their products is of the highest standard, as is the friendliness and quality of the service from all who work for Daniels Bakery.

Great selection of tasty treats. Cakes pastrys fruit pies and tarts. Kosher so a little pricy. But very yummy.

This is an excellent bakery. The bread, challot and bagels are very good. Their filled mini bagel plates are well worth getting for parties etc

Terrible experience buying from through Abbot Fox. They will harass, chase and threaten you so they can put the sold sign up. Despite us keeping them fully informed we were still called during a family wedding. Jack even then threatened us with gazumping and offering the property to someone else, shocked at the poor customer service! Unfortunately Jack completely ruined the whole experience of buying our first home , a man with no morals it seems. AVOID ABBOT FOX Also note as soon as I posted my review several ones praising Jack were posted - fake reviews! Note how people leaving their recent 5 star reviews have only reviewed them... Even after you have bought over a year later they will continue to hassle you with unsolicited and unwanted calls asking if you want to sell your house. Why do you even hold my data still and use it for a purpose i have certainly not given permission for. EDIT: I only updated my review as I unfortunately continue to have a poor experience. You quite clearly do not want to discuss the comments as I have not had a reply to my email at all, a month and a half later! So do not say that in your reviews , it’s all just false pretence. These guys can’t even acknowledge a complaint !

I don't usually leave reviews, however Abbot Fox's services have been exceptional. We used them 3 years ago for our property sale and the experience from start to finish was excellent. I have been using Rent in Henel Hempstead for a couple of years now. I had a very bad experience with not just one but two other Managing Agents in Hemel Hempstead, one of which I took to the Ombudsman it was that poor. You can imagine my concerns at hiring another agent but I decided to go with Rent, thinking it might be third time lucky, and it was the best decision I have made. Any concerns or queries I have are always dealt with by Tina and Chloe in the most professional, efficient and friendly manner, no matter what it is I throw at them, they always have time for me, when I am quite sure they are run off their feet. I have had an excellent experience with Venture Residential, especially in regards to Lucinda. As it’s my first time renting- I haven’t been particularly sure on a number of procedures during the process- but Lucinda has taken plenty of time to explain how every step works, what to expect next and re-explains if I haven’t understood anything- nothing has been to much trouble & her response time is impeccable. She has made the whole experience so much easier & has been incredibly friendly & approachable through out- I can’t recommend using Venture Residential enough...ask for Lucinda!

The sales manager Tyrone is an absolute star and helped us throughout the selling process, he came to my house and we had an in depth chat about marketing my property, came around the next day to take photos and get it online same day. Within two days I had 4 viewings and an asking price offer. Tyrone then helped me pick a solicitors who also worked hard with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend using abbey Property, they are not pushy at all like some local agents I know! These guys are your guys if you are looking to sell!! Thanks a lot keep up the good work.

So I've been searching for a 2 bed flat or a house to rent, trying to get the most by finding some amazing but pay as little as I can on rent. Got recommended to Abbey Property Luton and was told to only speak to one chap named 'Raju' or 'Raj' as he prefers. Firstly, such a wonderful kind man. Really making me feel safe by following government guidelines and wearing protective gear. Secondly, he gave me his word that he will get back to me in a weeks time with options that I will not refuse. Like anyone, I ignored it and thought that was my queue to 'I can't help you but I'll try to find a couple options'.... Boy was I wrong, 15 options I was given to me with no pressure to choose ASAP. Amazing service and great level of professionalism with a hint of humour. Highly recommend this place and this awesome man!

Having moved around a lot as a student, I’d recommend Strats. Well known and reliable. Very quick responses to household issues, if there’s been an issue, we’ve had fixed within days. Bills are usually included which is easy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Strats have been approachable and have communicated with us brilliantly in our time in one of their properties. Good repairs reporting system means any issues are sorted quickly. Much better experience with them than other estate agents in Hatfield.

The whole team are very professional indeed. They work quickly and effectively. If there are any issues with any of the tenants in any one of my properties the Strats team will work it all out for me. However, Starkings Sales Progression team were extremely efficient, professional and helpful. We recently sold our house through Starkings & Watson with the very first viewing resulting in an offer. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough, their service was head and shoulders above some of the other Agents I have dealt with before and nothing ever seemed too much to ask of them. If I ever had to leave a message I could be sure of a prompt reply by one of the office staff and confident the message would reach the right individual, a genuinely professional service. Unfortunately due to a family bereavement that took me out of the country my wife and I felt we simply couldn’t continue with the house sale. To their credit, Starkings & Watson were very understanding and showed tremendous empathy with our decision to withdraw from the market at this difficult time for us. If we decide to sell again we will have no hesitation in returning to Starkings & Watson to sell our property once more.

There was one mistake when a confirmed viewing booking with me was not confirmed with the vendor and when I turned up they were unaware I was coming... a lack of communication somewhere here. My main contact towards the end was Izzy Hall and she was very good at staying in contact with me without being pushy and also very helpful when it came to progressing the purchase and assisting me with queries. Great experience of dealing with Belvoir selling my house in Hitchin. On first contact, Jan at Belvoir responded quickly and my house was photographed and on the market within a few days - and sold a couple of weeks later. I also offered on a house to purchase, again with Belvoir. Unfortunately, this was pre-pandemic and I had to pull out of both transactions - but Jan handled this with understanding and grace (no charges!) and ensured excellent communication with all parties. A few months later, I again wanted to list my house for sale. Jan welcomed me back and arranged several excellent viewings. I accepted an offer and throughout, Jan has responded quickly, efficiently and with great instincts for the 'right' purchasers and how to make the house most appealing to a wide range of buyers. Nothing has been too much trouble and assistance has been given even after the sale. I would highly recommend Belvoir and the team for any house sales or purchases, and in particular Jan who is an exceptional Estate Agent.

Sadly, since the takeover by Leaders, this agency has disappointed consistently. In particular, they regularly fail in their duty of care to the landlord. The lettings staff are lackadaisical. If it were not for (the now disempowered) Gavin, we would have left a long time ago.
