3 letting agents in New Lenton

I have moved 4 times since I have moved to Nottingham, each time with a different agency. I can honestly say MS Estates has by far been the outstanding agency that I have had the pleasure of working with, they were extremely responsive, transparent and overall professional. A special shout-out to Becky and Michael! Out of the seemingly endless list of agencies in Nottingham, MS Estates is at the top of that list and I cannot recommend them more.

My husband and I are in the process of looking for a new place. Our lease is about to end and we have had a fantastic experience with our current agency however we want to move closer to our jobs and friends and our agency doesn't have any properties available. We came across with an MS Estates property and we read all the good reviews they have as a letting agency so we decided to enquire. Although we didn't get the property we wanted to rent, we would like to highly recommend MS Estates since they were really helpful and professional during the process. The viewing was really nice, they answered all our questions and they were super responsive. We got our holding deposit back extremely quickly and Becky was superb with this process. They have really good quality properties in the Lenton area and the prospective landlady was lovely and really nice. I think is important to highlight the great experience we had during the process as few agencies have this professionalism. As an international and mixed raced couple working/studying abroad we really appreciate how helpful and friendly you were to us.

I have used MS Estates to find a property twice now and they have made the renting process smooth and easy. We were able to get a viewing really quickly, which ending up being the house we signed for. Megan and Satty have been really helpful throughout - would definitely recommend!

Just signed our tenancy agreement with this estate agent, very good experience so far. Simple, easy and responsive. This is the first time renting in Nottingham and would highly recommend this estate agent. Everything has been explained clearly and liked that they employ students for the viewings, never seen that before.

Ive only good things to say about Best Student Lets really. The house is a great price in a good location, and though there were issues, they were dealt with super fast. Ive had friends who are with terrible landlords/letting agencies and Im so glad that didn't turn out to be us. 100% recommend to fellow students.
