Tenant review: Absolutely excellent service from Rosie and Katie at Hucknall Martin & Co. Processed queries quickly with positive customer relations, and treated us with respect by always ensuring we were politely asked before any visits to the premises were conducted (not many agencies actually adhere to this courtesy in practice from our experience!). Whilst this point is of course dependant on how you treat your rental home(!), they also liaised effectively with the landlord and returned our deposit in full within two weeks of us vacating the property, in addition to managing the check-out procedure to accommodate our work schedules, which made the process such an easy and positive experience. We could not recommend Martin & Co more highly as an estate agent. We recently sold our house with them and also bought our new property through them too. It was out first sale and Ian guided us through every step of the way. He was professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure both the sale and purchase ran smoothly. They are the cheapest estate agent in Hucknall to sell your property with, but were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. We had dealings with other agents in Hucknall who we found to be very patronizing unresponsive so Martin's were a breath of fresh air. Ian was with us every step of the way from the valuation through to sale negotiations, then he found us our new property before it went to market and followed through on all the sales progression personally. The process would have been infinitely more stressful without him as it was a huge chain with many complications, but he was never too busy to offer advice and support. I've used the lettings team in Hucknall for several years. I've always been impressed by the quality of service. It's the complete package from good marketing, rental pricing advice, finding the best renters and all the back office work. For my last 3 rentals, new tenants moved in within 48 hours of the property becoming available or empty. Always good support from Ross, Callum and Jodie.

Lauren, Nicole and Ross all extremely professional, informative and nothing is too much trouble. Just bought my first home through them and wasn't sure what the process was. I cannot rate Lauren and Bairstow Eves highly enough. Without her there is no way we'd have found our perfect house. She remembered us, and our situation and preferences which is extremely impressive as we'd not really dealt with her many times during our house search. Bairstow Eve and all the staff we've dealt with have been honest, and have kept to their word, which is very refreshing. Having dealt with another very well known estate agents in the area we were beginning to feel like all estate agents were not to be trusted but very glad to be proven wrong by Bairstow Eves and Lauren. We can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend using them over others, as a brand that fosters good honest relationships with its clients. A positive oasis in this backbiting and shark filled field.

It hasn’t always been easy in the past but as soon as they took over managing it they took away a lot of the worry and stress and have been very helpful and considerate during difficult times. JMS has been our letting agent for 8 years and they have always provided an excellent service. They can always be trusted to do the right thing and their communication between all parties is excellent. In our experience they provide an all round first class service.

Don't ever Let a property with these cowboys. i paid a holding fee of £150 and they said to me a week later that electrical work needed doing on the house before I could move in which wasn't a problem at all. They asked me if I wanted to wait or they would find me another property in which I said I'd wait and then last minute said to me the landlord had already found another tenant for the property and took almost 2 weeks to get the holding deposit back and emails ignored... Be warned!!! stay well away from these fools, DO NOT USE!!!!

Unreliable, incompetent and dishonest company. All of their staff members are lying. I had to contact Shelter multiple times as they are not complying with basic law, requirements as an estate agents. They are always sorry how we feel, never apology. Once Louise (Director) has advised a tenant to leave the front door open when she moved out because they couldn't come to the house to collect the key. After that, all what Louise said is that "I AM SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THIS WAY". They don't care about their tenants or their SAFETY and they proved it several times with their acts. So happy that I don't need to deal with them anymore. It was a nightmare dealing with these people.

Don't trust these people, my contract had many calculation mistakes. Nice plan to loot people, if you ask for any amendments, they obviously won't rectify them. You people deserve that rating on google or probably even less.
