Be careful with that agency. By far the most unprofessional agency in Brighton! I am pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake.Any good reviews here is about Grace a lovely girl who has been working there for a while. Indeed from personal experience she and the pink colour on their logo are the only two good things about this place. Once she left everyone else ( specially Matthew- manager and Roger- director) were rude and amateurs in their jobs. I rent in Brighton for over 9 years now and I have never experienced that level of unprofessionalism! Once they let you the property they don't care about anything.Inspections without warnings, neglecting to deal with important issues (our house was leaking for a year and half), and lack of respect are few of the issues we had! Their unprofessionalism reached a point when they asked us to pay extra money and finally kept our deposit for their own mistakes!!! Avoid them as much as possible. Extremely unprofessional so be careful!

The best agency we've ever had so far! The team is always responsive, friendly and happy to help. Most issues we had were solved next day by a team of really good contractors.

I was try to find a place to move but becouse of my work I couldnt give all of my attention and all the houses that I liked either get let so fast or the agencies wasnt helpful at all but when I booked a view from just let and when I met with the stuff speacily Fabio who is one of the most helpful and professional person I met in this sector. He make me understand from all the procces and he was clear and he respond every single question that I asked. I rang up to inquire about moorings that was up for sale the advertisement was wrong which I would not have known this the gentleman I spoke with got annoyed about the advertisement and spoke to me terrible I told him this is not my fault and to speak to me properly the most unprofessional person awful was a cash buyer to. obviously they do not need clients.
