Mark Rice Estate Agents were absolutely brilliant in all ways whilst dealing with our house sale. Mark and his team sold our property during the pandemic, which through no fault of their own, took longer than normal. Sold my property through Mark Rice following a discussion with Mark who presented the estate agent well. We had a long process of selling and buying with many ups and down throughout. We mainly dealt with Ben who was always very communicative and professional, we also really appreciated the personal feel you get with a local estate agents. I contacted Winkworth about an an apartment they advertised. Straight away on the phone Paige Thompson was friendly and professional. The viewing went very well and Paige turned out to be even more friendly in person, needless to say, I live in that apartment now. Post moving Paige also checked with me that all was well, all communications with Paige and Winkworth Leigh-on-Sea has been first class.

I found the sale person to be very deceitful. She lied continually about the property sale and it was seriously unnecessary.

I sold my Spilsby property through these agents and although it seem to take forever (no fault of theirs), it was eventually sold. I found NF very helpful when selling my house. It was a difficult time but Matt and Alicia kept me informed of progress at every step and really went the extra mile to make the process as painless as possible.

NF sold our house 6 weeks after the lockdown ended, whereas another local agent failed to sell it In 6 months before lockdown. The difference was NF kept us informed every time there was a Viewing and several prospective purchasers commented on how well NF communicated with them. Matt Holland was a star supporting us when the stress was going through the roof. Dealing with the public who come through your door is a nightmare. Alicia and Chloe in their office always knew what was going on. We really wished we had gone with them in the first place but you only learn that after the event. 100% recommend Newton Fallowell as a buyer or a seller.

rang the estate agent as I wanted to rent a property and was informed someone would ring back. Over a week passed and no one rang me, so I had to ring again I arranged a viewing and I was met by a lady who was not very helpful, "didn't even shake my hand" she seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was very interested in the property but after that experience with her it put me off. After the viewing she told me she would be in touch, she hasn't rang me so still waiting. Not recommended at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!
