They are friendly and helpful, and particularly adept at dealing with a difficult tenant, ensuring she didn't get into arrears. Their fully-managed service lets you be as hands on as you would like, or they will deal with absolutely everything for you.

I would like to praise Wiliam H Brown on behalf of my mum, my mum recently arranged a valuation and she was considering selling due to her health and was very nervous but was reassured on the phone while booking the appointment. After Daniel visited her she phoned me to let me know how it went and she was very impressed with how Daniel explained everything and reassured her about things and took extra time to explain things and the process as she hasn't sold a house for over 50 years so unsure of the process but he didn't apply any pressure and went through it all in much detail. Even though she has decided to not to sell due to her health and stress it will cause her. I would like to say thank you for looking after my mum and when the time is right I will back in touch to help sell mums property

The service here is second to none. Staff are welcoming and helpful, willing to help as much as they can. Quick to respond to queries and efficient at resolving any issues that arise. I would use again whenever I want to move home or purchase my own property.

Me and my partner booked a viewing 5 days ahead. We both took a day off to see the property, rings us 2hr before to tell its been let! GREAT time to let us know! Should be a set date when landlord decides , not 2 hrs before viewing!

Belvoir were amazing from the start of my enquiry about a place I saw on Rightmove right up to collection of the keys. A very easy process, you're kept informed every step of the way via the online portal and emails. Wonderfully friendly staff and a lovely welcome gift box with lots of little goodies inside. Will definitely be using Belvoir for my future lettings.

Excellent service. Efficient organisation and care taken to offer flexible solutions based on one's specific circumstances. I noticed it, and was grateful.

Simply an awful experience due to incompetance, mis-management and utter disregard of the customer. A catalogue of mistakes, errors, and the ineptitude of unsupervised inexperienced staff has left myself and my tenant inconvenienced and distressed, and myself out of pocket. The inventory was done whilst we stiil had contractors in the house, and was prejudicial to both myself and my tenant. It simply wasn't worth the paper it was written on. We have had to do own own inventory. (This cost £245.00 by the way). Incorrect email addresses, telephone numbers, extremely poor communications and the final insult was that my tenant was erroneously directed to send the first month's rent to Connells and not to me. This took a number of days and a lot of phone calls to rectify, and my rent was forwarded to me with a huge deduction which has not been explained, and for which I have had no invoice. My honest recommendation is that I cannot recommend this agency, at all. It has been stressful, and the whole thing just seems like sharp practice. No wonder these businesses have such a poor reputation. Beyond disappointing, it's been awful.

I find it shocking that an estate agent like this still uses underhand tactics to try get you in front of their in-house mortgage broker. I had a decision in principle from my own broker who I trust with all my transactions and placed an offer on a property. I was then told that I NEEDED to see their broker to make sure I was "proceedable", otherwise it may affect the likelihood of my offer being accepted. How about you speak with my broker who is an FCA regulated professional and has had a long and detailed conversation with me to understand my financial position and recommended a mortgage based on my needs? How will having another decision in principle search done on my credit file and another hour of my life wasted benefit me in any way? TREAT. YOUR. CUSTOMERS. FAIRLY.

Since Newton Fallowell took over the letting management from Escritt Barrell Golding, I have found them to be extremly efficient, quick to respond to queries and resolve issues without delay.

Have not helped with numerous problems encountered by my son on the sub standard property he rented through them. Too many proplems to mention, but if you have a problem they are not interested.My son was expected to go into an hotel but pay his own food costs, on the understanding he would only get £10 per day allowance. You try and buy breakfast, lunch and dinner with that. He had to take days off work for the botched repairs not done properly, he had to have humidifers running day and night listening to the constant noise and pay for the running costs. Just to confirm, numerous occasions the so called landlord, management agents or who ever you decided was responsible at the time was constantly not available. Finally my son asked for a SAR some weeks ago from you with this list of his complaints which you have not still supplied , Excuse this time so much on it and taking a long time. If you did your job correctly and kept records this would be on file and available now. Are you still filling it in ??

Very good estate agents, knowledgeable staff and super efficient. I had small issue with rented property and the problem was professionally sorted literally the next day. Super kind over the phone too. Overall good experience so far. Room for improvement? Maybe,but 5 stars, highly recommend
