Certainly a case of the reviews not matching the reality. However to be honest I don't know how seriously people take google reviews as so many companies so clearly fake positive reviews. Our companies associate had dealings with this backstreet business. Service amateur, distant, slow and blatantly incompetent at points. Use a reputable Estate Agency - well worth it.

Cannot fault this letting agency. Whilst at a property through them I had absolutely no issues. From signing the tenancy to leaving. Everything was handled professionally. Jitu was brilliant throughout. He was courteous and acted professionally. During the leaving process he continued to treat us with the same respect he did when we moved in.

I try to ring them several times in 2 days But no response and they just pick up the Phone and just cut it straight away Very disappointed

Worst agency you can ever deal with. Giving illegal properties out to rent. I'd strongly recommend using other agencies.
