We had a 6 bedroom HMO to rent out. Sam and the team at Spencers have been great to work with. Good communication. They gradually let out all 6 bedrooms in our HMO. They also recommended a zero deposit scheme to help rent out two empty rooms. They did all the basics correctly. Great service.

Sam could not have been more helpful in renting out our property recently. He guided us through the process with constant clear communication and found and installed new tenants within days. We couldn't be more pleased, well done Sam and thanks again.

I first came across this agency in 2019 when looking to buy my first investment property. I was really impressed with their agent called Neil as he was really helpful, polite and you could see he loved what he did. Although my offer wasn't accepted by the vendor and I didn't secure the property through this agency I was left with a really good impression. So when I needed a letting agent this year, they were the first agency on my list. This time I liaised with the lettings team and booked a lettings valuation with Paul, he was great, took his time to explain everything clearly without being pushy. The whole team is super helpful, professional and they keep the communication going, keeping me updated every step of the way and they always respond super quick. Very good service here. I've brought my house through the agency and become a lifetime member with them. They sent remortgage reminder each time when my current one is expiring soon. I've done all my mortgage/remortgage with them each time so far. The mortgage advisor Ravi is very hard-working and when I can't find a suitable time to book an appointment with him on weekdays, he even helped my mortgage matters during the weekends.

Tom Wolski is the go to guy he has been great all round with helping me sort out all that needed to get the property I just got and his level of professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. We've recently signed a contract with them for a flat. We had Toni helping us through this. She was really helpful and whenever we had any questions she was quick to reply anytime of the day, even after typical working hours. There was a lot of documentation needed for guarantors which took some looking out, but after all this was sorted, everything was proceeded with quickly and we're really excited to move into our flat!

Truly one of the least professional businesses I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. No following up on emails, negligent attitudes, borderline fraudulent letting standards and no care about health and safety issues at let properties. Consider that some of the 5* reviews on here are copy paste jobs, possibly fake or from employees/owners. Please consider very carefully before using.

Excellent service from Terral at the Leicester branch. Made selling our house from overseas much easier than anticipated!

Very bad service, they don’t care about their tenants. Once you rent a property they ask you to sign hundred photos and documents before you get into the house. A day after tenancy start if you found any fault or hidden problem they ignore you and say everything was alright. The request check every 3 months and say we will go intoyour property if you are not there, don’t give you a time for their visit. At the end of the tenancy, will invent something to take most of your deposit. Awful !! Andy, Thank you for spending some of your time to reply to my comments I am sure, If you spend half of it to speak with tenants, your business will be much better. You might be a good company with landlords but definitely not with tenants. You need to show more flexibility and better communication. I handed over the house keys more than 2 paid weeks early, cleaned and maintained it thoroughly. If an item forgotten in a cupboard or you think a room needs hoovering, do you speak to me or charge 150£ for removal and cleaning! Additionally, the inventory of letting says all rooms got light stains on walls, I sent an email and photos on day 1 telling there are deep stains, holes and marks on walls. Yet, you charged for decorating and painting and old house from my deposit. It’s my opinion and view after being a tenants for few years and dealing with multiple companies. There are plenty of other issues behind my comments. Thanks

This company has been excellent to use. From listing the property right through to the selection of tenants and referencing. I managed to find a tenant within 5 days of my advert going live. Everything was quick and efficient. It took just a few extras days to complete referencing and drawing up the tenancy agreement etc. It’s been a pleasure dealing with them again for the second time.

I found a suitable tenant for my property within 7 days of my propety going live. They did my property advert for me and it was advertised within 48 hrs. I had a great response for my property and have a lovely couple moving in shortly. Very honest and straightforward company to deal with. All round good experience. Would highly recommend.
