We have just sold our second property with Scrivins & Co. and right from the get go they have been great. From the moment Will Scrivins came to value our property, and then again to photograph it - it is clear to see that they all have a huge wealth of knowledge under their belts & I would 100% recommend Scrivins to anyone. The valuation was 100% accurate & we got the asking price on Day 2 of being on the market! Since selling we have spoken with both Bea & Alisha on a number of occasions, and they have been very forthcoming with information, and have been keeping us updated all the way, even on the side of our sellers (which we didn't even buy through Scrivins...), so I cannot fault them at all.

By far the best estate agents in Hinckley. Our property was under offer within 24 hours of being on the market. Unfortunately due to other reasons our buyer pulled out however Scrivins acted fast and managed to get us three new offers within the space of a couple of days. There is always someone on hand to take your calls and answer your queries . Would highly recommend.

We contacted Scrivins to sell two properties. The initial visit was arranged quickly, and during the visit Will took photos and recorded all property details. The property particulars were emailed quickly to us to check. The particulars where almost perfect - only one slight alteration needed, and we approved them via email the same day. Later that day the property was live on several on-line sites. We were very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the process of marketing our houses. The staff have been approachable and responsive to our needs and the price of the service is excellent value compared to other local agents.

I have rented my house out through Scrivens for almost 10 years and always provided a really efficient and professional service, especially being a hands-off landlord! When I came to sell my house recently Becky and the team again were very straight talking, efficient, managing all my viewings and seeing the sale through to completion. My house was put up for sale by my ex and his mother. My ex mother’s best friend put my house on the market who is sale manager at Webb’s. I was not informed my house was going on sale. I was informed or asked how much my house was going market for. The first week I was not informed by Webb’s any buyers that was going in to my house or any feed back. I was not emailed a sale letter off house when went on the market only when council asked for it to rehouse me. I was not informed when the surveyors was going to my house or given any feed back from them . They only start dealing with when told my ex I was not going pay the mortgage I would let bank take the house. I have near been treated so bad in my life by service that I was paying for.

If it wasn't for Charlotte managing both the seller's solicitor and my conveyancer I would have lost my mortgage offer (it was near the 6 month expiry date when the sale completed).
