3 letting agents in Glenfield

Completely useless letting agency that whilst providing inspections (or viewings during our final days) had nothing but good words but as soon as we left decide to tell us what a ‘terrible state’ the property was left in and that they will be getting quote due to the damage. I would only advise going with these clowns if they really have a property you want!

We have just finished our first ever tenancy while our home was being refurbished and extended. The experience was really straight forward and the team at Oaktree were on hand to answer all our queries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. I would recommend Oaktree to both tenants and landlords.

We rented through Oaktree Lettings and have only left due to (finally!) getting our feet on the property ladder ourselves. We found them efficient, honest and helpful. Right from the start we've felt like we have been in good hands as even the application process was thorough. We worried about leaving during the Covid-19 pandemic due to restrictions, but felt that this was managed safely and effectively. A very small part of our deposit was held back, however the reason for this was clearly explained and the service that was required was sought very quickly. We were promptly given a quote (which was much less than we were expecting!) and this made us feel that Marianne and Louise had clearly made the effort to ensure to get a reasonable price for us. Oaktree Lettings have been fantastic and their services have never faltered. Thank you all again so very much! We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know who is wanting to rent a property!

We rented through Oaktree for just over 4 years. Any issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Leaving under the current Covid restrictions we were slightly worried about not having a face to face handover and retaining our deposit. There were no issues at all and we received our deposit back in full. Would recommend over many other agents we have used in the past.

Paula was a mennace. I will be reporting her to the police and the lettings association. She takes advantage of vulnerable people. She acts as if she owns the flat. She is only an agent. Pressure selling and lying are her main selling technique. Please never use this company. For the love of god.

Brilliant company! First time being a landlord so wasn't really sure how to go about everything. I gave R & P lettings a call and they were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They put me at ease straight away and were so supportive every step of the way. Fantastic choice choosing these guys would highly recommend.

Excellent staff. Been great dealing with all our needs.They have been looking after our properties now for over 4 years. Never had any problems. They deal with all the tenants very efficiently. Always answer my calls and reply quickly to my emails. Nothing to much trouble. Would highly recomend.

I was nervous about finding an agent to work with after hearing some horror stories, however I need not have been so concerned as R & P Lettings Ltd have been great from the start! They research prospective tenants well, finding good reliable (so far!) people. Checks are done timely and they are always just a phone call away for any queries or questions. I do feel a valued client and know the team have respect for my property - they understand a landlords concerns! IMO R & P Lettings are a friendly and professional company and I would certainly recommend them for both tenants & landlords!

Brilliant agent I was a tenant with them for over 3 years and found that they were very friendly and helpful always getting back to me. I only had a few things I needed help with but they fixed them straight away. I would recommend them 100%.
