I used Frank Innes Coalville to rent a property in Coalville Nicola walker was my contact and what a professional lady she is. No problem to big always happy to answer questions and got everything sorted in a couple of weeks fantastic service I would highly recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a property that accepted a dog and were really surprised at the lack of available pet friendly properties. Not only that we were surprised at the lack of professionalism and communication with most of the estate agents we spoke to, not the team at Frank Innes in Coalville though. Nicola and the team were informative, responsive and really acted as an agent between ourselves and the landlord. Nicola was warm, friendly and really knew her job well! We spoke with Nicola one day, viewed a property the next, and on the third day had agreed to move in. Without Nicola's help there is no way it would have been turned around that fast and i'm sure the landlords are equally as impressed. Keep it up!

I’ve had dealings with many Estate Agents locally and have been hugely unimpressed. They are all very keen when valuing your property and obtaining your listing, but once they have your business all too often the communication is poor. Thankfully this was not the case with Frank Innes, and of particular note was Skye Partner who kept me informed at all times with her excellent communication skills. At every stage of our sale she was proactive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Skye, the sale process is stressful but you helped alleviate that stress.

Asked when they were going to tidy up the outside of property on King Richards Hill Whitwick. Letting property that tenants left at Easter. It as rubbish in the garden, and behind garage and at front. Garden's also needs sorting out. We are waiting for this to happen still, having been told by owners it would be done some time ago. Concerned about what's in rubbish, will this attract vermin, it needs sorting before there are problems! Please sort asp Thank you.

Initially dealt with Jack who was very informative and insightful. Then had Mathew out to value my property and the fact he went above and beyond to accommodate a time for me made the both of them stand out from the rest of the agents in the area. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

Great service from Martin & Co, Georgina & Kasia were always on hand to help me manage my first rental property.
