A very nice atmosphere, staff and service was top notch, couldn't ask for any better. I spent dinner here on father's day and they have an amazing selection to choose from on the menu, a good selection of grills, burgers, steaks and starters and much more. The food was delicious, I ordered the cheese burger and calamari as my starter and for a cheeky cocktail, I got the strawberry daiquiri and too top it all of, my dessert I ordered the banoffee pie. Overall it was very chilled and friendly, great service and would recommend to anyone that hasn't been before.

Enjoyed a really nice 3 course meal. No rush and no unnecessary waiting either. Hot food arrived hot unlike a lot of other restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and good value.

Awesome food and very friendly and assisting staff. The attending staff was always smiling and made us feel really welcome. We ordered off from the lunch and prime menu. Their chicken wings would leave you asking for more haha. Their steak and salmon was also cooked to perfection. Good job, and definitely coming again.

Middleton's offers very generous portions of meat and more meat! This place doesn't hold back and is surprisingly reasonably priced! Make sure you're hungry upon entry 😜

The service is absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour the past few times I have come. Waited 15 minutes to be given a menu, which I had to ask for. Then ordered finally, after having to call somebody over again. Found a Hair in my food and when I got dessert, the strawberries tasted of onions (clearly they’d been cut with an old knife). Very disappointed with Huntley’s. Really has gone down hill. Been again recently on 31/7/20, when asked whether certain cakes were vegetarian, the woman I spoke to did not know what that meant. She also couldn’t find out for me, which is ridiculous. I feel sorry for those who have allergies and can’t eat anything because the staff aren’t even aware of what goes into their food!

Just had the most scrumptious minced beef pie and chips in the Farmhouse Kitchen. Very warm welcome and the food was fresh and piping hot. Wide selection on offer on the menu. In my view, it's the mark of great customer service when you're offered a glass of water with ice and lemon to accompany your meal. Top marks! Highly recommended.

We visit Huntleys regularly usually for food and drink items which are high quality. There is a great butchery department with fresh high quality meats/fish. Fruit and Veg. Bakery making fresh bread, cakes and pies. A wine shop. All items are great quality items.

I lost interest even before looking at the property. I thank God I experienced their bad attitude at this stage. Who knows how it would have been had I gone ahead to let the property. We have just sold our second property with Scrivins & Co. and right from the get go they have been great. From the moment Will Scrivins came to value our property, and then again to photograph it - it is clear to see that they all have a huge wealth of knowledge under their belts & I would 100% recommend Scrivins to anyone. The valuation was 100% accurate & we got the asking price on Day 2 of being on the market! Since selling we have spoken with both Bea & Alisha on a number of occasions, and they have been very forthcoming with information, and have been keeping us updated all the way, even on the side of our sellers (which we didn't even buy through Scrivins...), so I cannot fault them at all.

By far the best estate agents in Hinckley. Our property was under offer within 24 hours of being on the market. Unfortunately due to other reasons our buyer pulled out however Scrivins acted fast and managed to get us three new offers within the space of a couple of days. We contacted Scrivins to sell two properties. The initial visit was arranged quickly, and during the visit Will took photos and recorded all property details. The property particulars were emailed quickly to us to check. The particulars where almost perfect - only one slight alteration needed, and we approved them via email the same day. Later that day the property was live on several on-line sites. We were very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the process of marketing our houses. The staff have been approachable and responsive to our needs and the price of the service is excellent value compared to other local agents.

Don't let with this company. Emails where they can't even spell your name and that are barely legible, you have to pay £150 to apply for a property, waiting days for a response. We were denied because my partner is waiting for confirmation of a place to let before he moves here, he will be paying his full share of the rent from afar, they have decided this means we have to pay 5k in advance to live here. 5k? Which is unprotected as they can evict at any time? Disgraceful, unheard of practices and they have ran away with my money. UNPROFESSIONAL, AVOID!

We sold our house in Leicester with Barkers. It wasn't the easiest time to sell as the Covid lockdown caused quite a few issues and delays but our experience with Barkers was nothing but positive. Annette and her team are a very professional outfit, they are trustworthy, pro-active, good communicators and offered good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can recommend them for house selling or buying in the Leicester area.

We have had very poor experience some of the estate agents in Leicester (won’t name or shame them) and had written off Leicester as a city with bad estate agents. Very unprofessional especially when it came to getting back to clients, call backs, meeting specific requirements. Fortunately over the year or more had excellent response from Jack Osborn who works for Barkers in Leicester which made us hopeful. We werent able to take the property that Jack showed us, as the one we got matched our criteria more but I must say that Barkers is lucky to have a person like Jack Osborn. Very professional, didnt waste our time, gave us plenty of options to chose from, friendly and best of all called us back when he said he would. I can sing his praises but they would fall short.

I first came across this agency in 2019 when looking to buy my first investment property. I was really impressed with their agent called Neil as he was really helpful, polite and you could see he loved what he did. Although my offer wasn't accepted by the vendor and I didn't secure the property through this agency I was left with a really good impression. So when I needed a letting agent this year, they were the first agency on my list. Very good service here. I've brought my house through the agency and become a lifetime member with them. They sent remortgage reminder each time when my current one is expiring soon. I've done all my mortgage/remortgage with them each time so far. The mortgage advisor Ravi is very hard-working and when I can't find a suitable time to book an appointment with him on weekdays, he even helped my mortgage matters during the weekends.

Agreed a property to let with Belvoir, paid the holding deposit and cancelled other viewings that we had planned. The company then informed us they had accepted multiple holding deposits (which is illegal) and the flat had been let to somebody else. When I questioned this practice through email, they just fobbed me off and refused to acknowledge that they had acted illegally or even apologise. Avoid if you are looking for a professional letting agency.

More than happy to update my review if our issues are dealt with but I won't be made to look as if my comments are incorrect as this isn't an accurate review for potential customers. Have had no end of bad experiences with this branch. After changing account manager for Callum (with no email bounce backs to inform of leaving the company or any correspondence from the branch out of common courtesy) to Anna I have called 3 times to be told I will receive a call back and this has still yet to happen even after being "assured" it will. I can't speak for Leaders as a company but with the amount of issues we've had with this branch I certainly wouldn't recommend in the slightest.

Very disappointed with choosing Frank Innes to sell out house. They seemed so professional when they came to quote and the house pictures looked amazing, however all down hill from there! Poor poor customer service, inexperienced staff, no more than glorified messengers. Did nothing to help us other than pass messaged across vie email mostly after being chased several times. Our vendors estate agent did more for us than they ever did, if it was left up to them the sale would have fallen through 10 times over. We do not recommend them and would never use them again.

The process, led by Danielle with Teesh and team has gone well, they liaised well when handling the documentation requirements of a centralised system. The inventory description is detailed and Danielle has been pro-active in dealing with the snags and misunderstandings that can arise, including negotiating with Landlord a minor variance in moving in terms. The welcome pack was a small but thoughtful gesture. So far, so good !

We let out our home through Leaders with the help of Danielle Rogers (Senior Negotiator). Danielle was incredibly professional, diligent and approachable throughout the process. We found the process very easy and seamless thanks to the efforts of Danielle and her team.
