4 letting agents in Glossop

Awful company, I used Stepping Stones for my letting agent, not only did I never get paid on time, there was never any communication from them as to why there was a delay/less than expected and I had to chase them every single month without fail for payment! The staff seemed to do the bare minimum or have no clue what was going on. I was constantly told I will receive a call back or follow up emails (which never came) or just fobbed me off there and then. It seems all their good reviews are for sales rather than lettings and now I see why!

Waited 40 minutes for a viewing and they never bothered to turn up. No phone call to explain or anything. Very unprofessional.
