Over the years we've had some problems with Leaders Lettings. BUT, during this past week we have had dealing with a new member of staff Mr Oliver Lindsey. He's been brilliant. He's just what a lettings agent should be. He's competent, He's not afraid to admit what he didn't know but then he was straight back on the phone when he found the information we needed. He was polite and professional. He was honest and we felt like he actually cared. Oliver was the best person we've ever had dealing with from Leaders Lettings. Keep it up Oliver, don't drop your standards, you're a star!!

Alex Smith and her team at leaders have been nothing but amazing! Working day in and day out to find me abs my son the PERFECT home and now we have found it. Nothing but hard work, perfect communication, constant looking making me feel confident and comfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We rent a property which required some attention between tenants. We live 250 miles away so had signed up for the comprehensive service package. The issues were quickly and professionally handled by Vikki Tristram who had only recently become responsible for our property. We have now secured two tenants within days of the advert using Leaders.

Good experience with Leaders. We weren't able to view in person because of COVID, but Oliver was really helpful in getting us a video tour of the property. Key collection was easy and quick, and we felt happy with the distancing inside the office. The experience was five star, but I would have appreciated some more communication fron them in general, because I like to know every detail of what's happening, but when I contacted them I mostly got an answer right away. Recommended 👍

Frank Innes was the estate agent being used by our vendors. Jessica was much more helpful and easier to get hold of than our own estate agent! She was professional and helped chase for the information needed. We would definitely look at using Frank Innes rather than any other estate agent if we decided to move again in the future or would recommend to family/friends. Thank you Jess for making it that little bit easier, you are a credit to the company!

Frank Innes were fantastic in helping me move house. My purchase moved incredibly slowly, due to issues further up the chain, but Jess worked very hard to keep chasing it up and always updated me as soon as there was any movement. Every time I contacted them, they were always quick to respond, and I always knew that I could contact them via phone or email and they would answer promptly. Furthermore, whenever Jess was out of the office, I could always rely on somebody else on the team to assist me. I'd highly recommend this firm and I will use them again in the future.

We recently took a rental property through Frank Innes Derby and were very impressed at the efficiency and pro-active service we received. We were very close to completing on our house sale and were running out of time to find somewhere to live. Having enquired about the rental, Olivia arranged for us to view the very next day and was extremely helpful in moving the process through very quickly to ensure we could get the keys in time for the completion on our sale. We have also found Olivia and her colleagues to be as professional, efficient and pro-active since taking the keys and are extremely appreciative of the service and assistance the staff have given us.

I can not Thank Alice enough for all the great customer service she has provided me with through the sale of my property. She has been Amazing to say the least. She is so nice, genuine and very professional in her dealing. Alice has done fabulous work to get the sale through and she has been so patient with us throughout the process. Amazing from start to finish. Contact was brilliant. Excellent service, very supportive throughout the whole process. Alice was always available to answer any questions not just with the sale and chasing the buyer solicitor. They would always answer the phone promptly and return your call if they were engaged elsewhere. Absolutely fantastic great service 110% would highly recommend.

Not a nice agency. when i was struggling to pay my rent from starting a new job after being in and out of temp work I was spoken to quite rudely and asked to pay more than i could afford. the lady said " i can't! I've never met anyone so irresponsible in all my life" i was very upset at the time and thats hardly the nicest thing to say. My current landlord is alot more understanding. Things were never fixed on time or fixed at all. There was a lot of issues in the house that were not dealt with. I found the receptionst to be blunt, rude and unfriendly. Will never use again. In response to your comment. I struggled to pay the rent once. That was not the main issue we had months of mould in the kitchen which was not fixed, it took months to be fixed and when it finally was all you did was paint it?! There was violence and bullying in the household.Your customer service skills are awful insulting a tenant when she is crying is disgusting behaviour. All the other times I paid my rent on time and paid months in advance upon moving in. It did not happen a number of times. They are liars. Do not trust.

Great estate agent to deal with just rented a property with them all staff are very helpful and good customer service.

Excellent service by Chris. Contacted him to sell a property after struggling with another agent. Chris and the team went above & beyond to get the house advertised and ready to go quickly, kept in touch regularly and were easy to contact. A sale was agreed shortly after at a great price, and accepted today!

Martin & Co have been excellent through the entire sale & purchase of our properties. Chris and Niall were always at hand to help with any queries. They made the whole process as stress free as it could be. They dealt with both the purchase and sale of our properties. We encountered many issues along the way and it was good to have them to help with these issues. We had contacted various estate agents to value our property, and went with Chris, whose fees I would say are mid-level from the quotes we got. Yet the value I got from the service was priceless. Chris dealt with all the marketing, taking pictures, a virtual tour etc. and made the process feel easy. Not having sold a property before, the hand holding process was exactly what we needed. Chris also managed to get us 10% above our listing price which was very useful! I don't think I will be purchasing and selling again any time soon, however, when I do in the future, I will certainly be using Martin & Co again. Can't recommend enough.

This review is regarding the mortgage services...Rachel Fox was brilliant but left...Vicky was good but left...last time was terrible as twice I had an appointment with Naman Malik and twice I was let down by having no contact...

As students with our first rental, me and my boyfriend were very new to everything and were very overwhelmed by everything. But Rhys who looked after us was beyond amazing. When we got the property we were very eager, maybe too eager, full of questions and after calling many times, Rhys would always be responsive and give us his best answer and in a good time so we weren't stressed waiting around. His knowledge of the property as he showed us round was excellent and was reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process. For our first experience with property, I couldn't of asked for a better service. Will definitely be using Bagshaws again in the future!

I have to say I'm really impressed with the team, from start to finish/aftercare the professionalism, responsiveness and overall support has been first class. The team have a strong understanding of customer service, appreciation that every customer has different wants/needs and a real desire to help whenever possible not to mention a great level of patience , A BIG thank you to Tye (letting), Simon (auction) and Sophie (Mgt). Very disappointed with this company, Told on the morning of a viewing that the house had been let Had to rearrange my day Not impressed in the least

My partner call their office this morning about concerns to tenets who are possibly moving in next door but one to his grandparents. the owner of this business answered the called and was rude and unhelpful. Katie (owner) when asked simple question was avoiding certain question and was tutting. all we was asking was if the tenants are noisy ect are we able to call on behalf of our grandparents. Katie reply was ( we are the management agents ) 3 times this repose was given to us ! a simple yes or no would have answered the question ! coarse mannered person.

I am writing this review on behalf of a friend. Pheonix lettings do not care about their tenants. Their propertys need tearing down, not rented out. They are hazardous to your health. Full of damp and mould, ice on the inside of windows that look to be 100 years old. Rotten to the core. They seem to prey on the poorer and vulnerable people in society, taking your money and letting you get sick in their propertys, while they sleep soundly at night in their warm dry houses. I honestly don't understand how these people get away with it. It's criminal. Stay away from them!!

This company is a amazing, and have to deal with so many negative people who are unclean and unwilling to help themselves, but very happy to complain. Julie and Katy have been so so helpful in all my problems dealing with the death of my father, and taking over properties. I do and will continue to recommend this company they have been so supportive, professional, with all their knowledge of law and tenancies agreements. Many thanks your both great.
