A lovely piece of history, The walk-through museum was really informative, you get a handset which guided you through the information on each area. It was really useful. The only downside, is I thought the place was a bit tatty in places, needs a good clean, it’s definitely worth a visit though.

Pretty cool place to visit, we booked awhile ago and started hammering down with rain. They had umbrellas there and radiators throughout so wasn't too bad. Staff very friendly, great 2 hours out. Nice to get back to normal, some shape.

Lovely experience and so very well handled by the staff to keep everyone respecting social distancing, though you do get the odd person who acts however they want especially in the outside area. I usually get a bit stressed out in these situations but because of the measures, it made it more pleasurable (although it does take a while to get round!). The price may seem a lot at first but it includes an audio aid and the whole experience was definitely worth it

Bath got its name from these Roman baths. These were hot water springs arguably having some medicinal effects which was very popular in the Roman era and even in later times. Even Admiral Lord Nelson has visited these Roman baths. Now its a museum and a must visit if you are coming to Bath. Had a fascinating time exploring the Roman relics there.

Our experience with city rooms was truly excellent. Our agent Vicki was extremely professional and went above and beyond to get our room ready Even working on Sundays and Bank Holidays doing viewings and negotiating for us! We were kept well informed throughout the entire process from requesting pictures and videos, placing an offer to now where we offer was accepted. When it comes to renting a room I don't know why you would go anywhere else than city rooms.

Our experience with city rooms has been nothing short of brilliant. Our agent Jack has been exceptionally professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Initially we were a bit overwhelmed and felt apprehensive about renting a room. However Jack has put us at ease from the first moment and has always been on hand to move things along and answer queries/questions in a timely manner. It took us over 3 weeks and we couldn't have done it without Jack. Having access to online viewings really allows you to feel the property where you are moving. It's been a team effort but he's always available to give direction and not afraid to have those difficult conversations. Even though we've moved in already, Jack has been there to advise on how to control the temperature, how to take meter readings and much more. We couldn't be happier with Jack and the service received. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and City Rooms to anyone thinking about renting in London.

Having not heard of Express I have to say this has been one of the best experiences selling a property that I've ever had. Fast, helpful, friendly and do exactly what they say they will do. Having removed my house from a traditional estate agent after 4 months of nothing as soon as my house went on the market they pushed and followed up and I sold it in just over two weeks. A very nice atmosphere, staff and service was top notch, couldn't ask for any better. I spent dinner here on father's day and they have an amazing selection to choose from on the menu, a good selection of grills, burgers, steaks and starters and much more. The food was delicious, I ordered the cheese burger and calamari as my starter and for a cheeky cocktail, I got the strawberry daiquiri and too top it all of, my dessert I ordered the banoffee pie. Overall it was very chilled and friendly, great service and would recommend to anyone that hasn't been before.

Awesome food and very friendly and assisting staff. The attending staff was always smiling and made us feel really welcome. We ordered off from the lunch and prime menu. Their chicken wings would leave you asking for more haha. Their steak and salmon was also cooked to perfection. Good job, and definitely coming again.

Great food, polite staff. Portion sizes available were also spot on, regardless if you can eat a lot or a little. Also fantastic value for money; I would recommend coming here for lunch as their lunch menus are very good 100% going to come back here as much as possible!

Fitzroy's was very accommodating at very short notice for our party of 11. We had amazing food and drinks and great craic with the staff. A lovely bunch of them altogether. John, the manager, was outstanding in sorting us out with tables all together whilst keeping social distancing rules in place. I had the lamb shank for my main and it was just delicious. Highly recommended place if you're in the Walled city.

Huge range of bikes, helmets, gear, clothing, accessories, you name it. The staff are friendly and willing to give honest buying advice. The display rooms for the new and used bikes are really exciting to peruse. So long as you're polite and careful, they will allow you to sit on the bikes that aren't sold. They currently wiping then clean after because of the ongoing virus. Only slight drawback is that it isn't entirely simple to take a test drive of their bikes, if at all for the used bikes.

Bought my bike from here last week. Decided to take a leap of faith and I bought it blind but it was exactly as promised and in immaculate condition. Simon from used bikes department was an absolute gent, met me outside when he saw me coming over the road and helped me carry my bags in the sweltering heat🤣 then made sure everything was in place for my 160 mile ride home. Even emailed me a week later to check in. Really helpful and friendly place, highly recommended, and definitely worth the journey!

Best range of ladies clothing in the area by far. Visited to buy my wife a new jacket and she was surprised by the range. Most motorbike shops may have a rack of odd sizes but this was excellent and we found just what she was looking for. The reason for 4 Stars is that we asked if she could sit on the same bike she has upstairs in the Triumph department to check the fit whist on the bike. This appeared to be one step to far for their customer service. One to think about for the future. You weren't busy and could have escorted her?

Huge dealer, but don't go on a Saturday. It was heaving with people and no where to park if you bring your car. Decent Burger van outside. One of the best choices of Used Bikes and clothing. Salesman were friendly and helpful, but very busy. Good atmosphere inside even with cv19 restrictions. I would purchase a bike from this Dealership.

The service is absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour the past few times I have come. Waited 15 minutes to be given a menu, which I had to ask for. Then ordered finally, after having to call somebody over again. Found a Hair in my food and when I got dessert, the strawberries tasted of onions (clearly they’d been cut with an old knife). Very disappointed with Huntley’s. Really has gone down hill. Been again recently on 31/7/20, when asked whether certain cakes were vegetarian, the woman I spoke to did not know what that meant. She also couldn’t find out for me, which is ridiculous. I feel sorry for those who have allergies and can’t eat anything because the staff aren’t even aware of what goes into their food!

Just had the most scrumptious minced beef pie and chips in the Farmhouse Kitchen. Very warm welcome and the food was fresh and piping hot. Wide selection on offer on the menu. In my view, it's the mark of great customer service when you're offered a glass of water with ice and lemon to accompany your meal. Top marks! Highly recommended.

We visit Huntleys regularly usually for food and drink items which are high quality. There is a great butchery department with fresh high quality meats/fish. Fruit and Veg. Bakery making fresh bread, cakes and pies. A wine shop. All items are great quality items.

Very disappointed with this hotel. My husband and I were due to travel to the UK March 20, 2020 and of course couldn't due to the global pandemic. Despite reaching out numerous times and getting Expedia involved, they wouldn't even offer a credit. We had to reschedule our wedding and weren't given such a hassle. We are Canadian and can't even leave our country and this hotel has shown clearly what our stay would have been like. If your travel might be disrupted due to the on going changes with the pandemic, don't bother here. No compassion onsite.

I stayed at this place for just under 3 years so know about these people *way more* than any of the reviewers here. Contrary to what you might think, this is not a British company; it is a company seemingly headquartered in Luxembourg and they have a number of names which is confusing - Brandenbergh Management, Studios2Let and Kelmscott Services SARL. The company at this moment in time is trying to extort money out of me. I have entertained the possibility they are victimising me because I am black. I would honestly urge travellers and tenants to stay away from this place unless you want to be harassed and lied against. The only good thing about the place is the location but it stops there.

We cannot in good faith comment about the room as we never got to stay here, but we can certainly comment on the lack of empathy and the sheer selfishness of the owners of Studios to Let. My partner and I live in Australia and therefore, were not able to travel overseas to stay here as planned. We booked all of our accommodation in February, long before Covid-19 was even known or present in Australia. We had booked 6 hotels/apartments and 5 out of 6 offered to refund us which was more than we had even asked for (we asked for a credit) so we were overjoyed by their understanding. This apartment however, told us that they would give us a credit but only make it valid for a year. To make it worse, they told us that they would still charge us a cancellation fee. We asked for their understanding during this time as we had no choice in the matter at all. I mean, we weren’t even allowed to travel more than 5kms from our home, let alone to another country and we explained that we had been told by our government that there were very slim chances that we would be able to travel internationally next year either (expect for our bubble destination which do not include the UK) and therefore, we asked the credit to be extended. We got told again that no, they would only give us a credit for a year because we need to understand they need to stay afloat – I’m sorry – you’ve already taken our $970 for the room which we can’t get back and you can rebook to make even more money – but you need more than that?! We are incredibly disappointed with this service and to make it even worse – they stopped even replying to us. Incredibly disappointing that this establishment is being so selfish and using this global pandemic to make money of people who like us, cannot help the fact that we cannot travel. Will never book here again. Pathetic.

I used to really like this place when they had the nicer teapots and mugs. Now I feel like they have cheaper mugs, and the menus look cheaper but the prices are still extortionate. I was happier when things looked a bit more traditional. I used to visit all of the time but after my dissapointing most recent visit in February I don't think I'll be back for a while. I wish it was how it used to be.

The mix of a Thai restaurant in the back and a traditional British pub in the front is one of a kind. The Thai restaurant has its own sitting area but you can get your food served in the pub area if there is space. The service was quick, great food and great atmosphere.

Full of varieties in fresh and frozen food. They even have massive garden section. There's a 2 hour free parking with bays and also a customer toilet. Staff are quite helpful too in my experience.

An excellent supermarket with a surprisingly large range of food and household products available. We are not local, but we're pleased to find a number of items we struggle to buy elsewhere. The customer service level was good, and a fastidious effort was made at the checkout to clean surfaces between each client to maintain Covid security. Excellent and extensive car parking is provided. We will be returning to the store before we leave the area in a couple of days time.

I will be honest, and this could be due to my recent experience with other agents around Reading but i was not expecting a service that made me question that there is still professional services out that take care of people and look after them how it should be done. Katie Wild from the first day we spoke was absolutely amazing from her mannerism to her professionalism. I would have given higher star ratings if it were possible. So far through out our dealings with her she has been very knowledgeable, proactive, welcoming, understanding, professional, informative and most of all true to her word. She has made the whole experience of finding a property, helping ensure we are happy with the property and also the whole process of acquiring the property a walk in the park for us. We honestly can not thank her enough and really look forward to keeping in contact with such a trustworthy person in the future. Claire S. (client manager) helped me recently with the check out process. She was very professional and responsive. She clearly explained me all the steps that needed to be done before the deposit release and she was answering all the questions I had. She was keeping me updated throughout the whole process. At the end, she gave me the best news, that I would get the whole deposit amount back! I would definitely recommend Claire and I hope guys you are as lucky as me having her assisting you with your check out.

The team they have developed over the years is a real pleasure to deal with and in my view, they are unrivalled when it comes to customer service. Most recently, I have dealt with Anna Patrick, head of customer care. She is an asset to Seymours and her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile should not go unnoticed. I have dealt with numerous estate agents in areas where Seymours do not have a presence and I can honestly say that if Anna were to look after all my properties, that would make my life a lot easier. She is the epitome of efficiency. Having bought the property through Seymours, I have experience dealing with their sales and letting department. Rental department on the whole is very reasonable and generally supportive to the tenant. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness standards when we commenced our tenancy but resolved these together swiftly. Had a great experience with this Nandos. New way of ordering in house, where you need to scan menu at your table and then order and pay from your table. Cutlery and sauces and drinks are now brought to you. Ordered at 2:30pm and was eating at 2:33pm (super fast I know) food was piping hot and oh so tasty. Was only supposed to be a light lunch but was tempted to order more. Staff were very attentive and make you feel welcome 5***** all the way.

Out of all of the agencies and agents we contacted our sales consultant Joe was the only one to speak to us in advance to find out exactly what we we were looking for and offer to book in other viewings for properties that weren't on our radar. In one afternoon he took us to see a range of places. Though I had an overall negative experience due to the landlord activities, I always felt as though Cameron and Sarah (despite being busy due to the pandemic) were doing everything they could and respected any wishes/concerns I had. I will say communication could have been better around contract set up, I had to be quite proactive at this time. Edit (9 months in toward end of tenancy) - During my time in the tenancy I fell as though Sarah has done the most she can to support me despite having a difficult landlord. Having arranged to have valuations from a number of estate agents we found the valuation recommended by Dexters estate agents to be the most realistic based on recent comparable sales to my property. From my first meeting with Ben, I knew Dexters were the agent I wanted to go with. Their paperwork was professional and well presented, and really gave me the feel they knew what they were doing. Everyone I spoke with in the office was courteous, professional, and well informed on my sale. Within minutes of my property being listed I received a number of viewings, and multiple bids. And because of that I received exactly the price they promised they'd deliver within days of listing. What was also great is Dexters have a wide scope of offices, so was able to offer my property to purchasers outside the normal scope of Right Move and other websites. I'd like to give an extra mention to Jess who has been amazing throughout, and made this usually complicated process seamless. I have bought and sold 4 properties in the last 12 months and this has by far been the smoothest, and Jess has certainly been a key component to making this happen. We have now exchanged in the timelines Dexters have said they would, and I'm glad a new family can now take this house on to add to the many happy memories that have been shared there over the past 30 years. To my surprise, the manager of the Dexter Kingston branch Amelia herself responded to my e-mail inquiry for an advert by calling me within minutes, and the property was actually available (not as a lure like most of the advertised properties are). That property was not available within our time frame, but she let us know about another one to our specifications which had just come to the market. She was able to arrange a viewing within the following hour and in the next hour, the deal was done with assistance from Sonia in the same office. They are an amazing team, and I cannot have enough praises for them. My first experience with them today was very bad. Went to view a property today. Poor time keeping. The lady who was doing the viewing was very rude and nasty. I lost interest even before looking at the property. I thank God I experienced their bad attitude at this stage. Who knows how it would have been had I gone ahead to let the property. I do not recommend them.

Very focused on selling houses rather than meeting students needs. Very pessistant in wanting us to sign agreements without consulting other people in the party. Felt pressured to rent a house with them without looking into the costs which they also lied about the bills included package. Friendly staff but not very professional.
