Job title: Lettings Property Consultant

Location: Home-Based

Terms: Full-Time 

Mon – Fri 9-5pm (1 day off in the week), Saturday 9-4pm 

Salary/rate: £18k-£20k Basic Salary depending on experience  + Commissions 

About the role:

As a Lettings Property Consultant your role will be to generate new instructions by reaching out to landlords, assisting landlords and tenants through their lettings journey, feedback to the business with additional customer needs to aid development. You will be an integral part of the lettings/sales team and customer support. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate new instructions/leads for the lettings business
• Assisting landlords with account creation 
• Assist landlords and tenant throughout their journey
• Generate feedback and offers
• To provide support to the business with reporting tech issues and liaising with the customers to ensure a seamless experience
• To be the “voice” of the lettings business for all clients, answering email queries and contacting both landlords and tenants to provide a seamless end to end user journey
• Upsell business opportunities through the sale of third party products and services
• Achieve monthly targets 
• Provide excellent customer service 

Candidate requirements:

• Lettings industry knowledge
• Space to be able to work from home in a business environment 
• Good communication skills and excellent organisational skills
• Target driven 
• Ability to self generate business 
• Ability to be flexible for business needs 
• Ability to deliver good customer service
• Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
